"I was a loyal customer with this insurance company in Buda for years, paying my premiums on time and trusting that they would be there when I actually needed them. Unfortunately, my experience proved the opposite. When I submitted a claim for roof damage, they denied it. Not only that, they immediately dropped my policy and reported the claim in my record, which made it extremely difficult for me to obtain insurance with other companies. What’s even more concerning is that I’m not the only one. Several of my neighbors have gone through the exact same situation, long-time customers who filed roof claims and or leaks only to have them denied and then be dropped shortly after. All the 5-star treatment seems to happen when they’re selling you the policy. At that point, they’re responsive, friendly, and eager to help. But when you actually need them and it’s time for them to pay, that service disappears. Because of how this situation was handled, I canceled all of my other policies with them, including business, rental, and life insurance. Despite that, they continue sending me “due notices,” which only adds to the frustration. In my opinion, this company is quick to take your money for years, but when the time comes to help, they turn their back on you. I would strongly advise others to read the fine print and think twice before trusting them with their insurance needs. DO NOT USE THEM!!!"

"Customer service went down, I have been trying for a couple of days to get Kacey to follow up with me in regard to my auto insurance, and she hasn’t . Ive called twice and left messages and still no response from her.I noticed on my auto insurance when I renewed they added coverages on one of my vehicles even though I had signed all the sufficient paperwork back in November. last renewal the coverages weren’t on there and all was good however they called and said when I renewed I had to resubmit the paperwork again which I did but the coverages are now showing up. Kacey stated she would look into it and call me back but nothing. I even told the gentleman she could email or text me to follow up but she hasn’t t even done that. Still trying to figure out how long the process takes for this to be resolved."

"My previous car insurance just got way too expensive for me and I didn’t leave them for a while cause I was scared about shopping around & dealing with sales people & getting a new insurance that would be good at first & then horrible once I signed up. Clay at Hank’s office was different. I felt like I was talking with a real person who was being open & honest with me. No scams, no sales, just how can we help. He offered me a great deal & I asked if I would have an agent to talk with like with my insurance if I had any problems or had questions. And he let me know I could always text or call him & then their office also had other people who could help. Clay also got my old insurance canceled for me which I really appreciated since I was scared to do that myself cause I didn’t know what the other insurance would say. The more State farm people I have met, the more I know I made the right choice."
