"Very disappointed with the staff members I'm currently with state farm due being with them for years and have been very helpful having insurance with them. Im going to make this short as possible to the point of what I need to say; I was speaking to a representative named Mark or Rick upon a situation that happen with me and was asking upon the next steps that I need to do to move forward. The response I got from him was very rude, cocky and he was very disingenuous on speaking with me. I literally almost cursed him out but being in the situation I was in but refrain from holding myself of a high integrity of myself. I've never felt upset in my life being talked to the way this person done to me. It really made me feel as if the representative didn't give any care about how the client felt. State farm do have really great policies on their insurance they have , but the representatives that they have at this location really, really need work on their people skills. I don't want to change insurance companies due to the representatives not knowing how to deal and speak with new or existing clients. Very disappointed."
