"My previous car insurance just got way too expensive for me and I didn’t leave them for a while cause I was scared about shopping around & dealing with sales people & getting a new insurance that would be good at first & then horrible once I signed up. Clay at Hank’s office was different. I felt like I was talking with a real person who was being open & honest with me. No scams, no sales, just how can we help. He offered me a great deal & I asked if I would have an agent to talk with like with my insurance if I had any problems or had questions. And he let me know I could always text or call him & then their office also had other people who could help. Clay also got my old insurance canceled for me which I really appreciated since I was scared to do that myself cause I didn’t know what the other insurance would say. The more State farm people I have met, the more I know I made the right choice."

"I had a former insurance company that took double payments from my account ( for over 5 months) An agent named Jenna at Hank Gerdes Company stayed on the telephone with me straightening out the confusion For over 55 minutes. "I called their office and a gentleman by the name of Jacob answered. He was very patient listening to my inquiry. He was very kind explaining different scenarios that could possibly unfold. "5 STAR REVIEW !! Wish I could give them 10! The Wife's vehicle broke down and we instantly submitted a claim to get it towed to our preferred dealership. It was all resolved quickly and efficiently, all within just an hour or 2. Definitely would recommend State Farm."
