"Unfortunately, I was called by the owner without an apology or a resolution, but instead an intimidation to take my negative review down. He did not reach out when we were in despair over $23,000 taken from our accounts which has yet to be restored (going on 7 days). He needed negative public reinforcement to get involved. We have had to find a different bond company to help us and are waiting for the comptroller situation to be handled. In our phone conversation he warned me that I am a local business, if this is how I want to handle things, he is angry that I cussed at his agent, which I did not. I did, however raise my voice at their admittedly 18 day delay in support for the requested bond to be submitted. I am absolutely concerned about making this post bc as a business owner I want to give benefit of the doubt but instead of an overt apology, “how can we make this right, how can we earn your trust” which is how I desire for my company to operate - I was met with intimidation. I cannot take my review down, bc it is the truth that they dropped the ball in a way that cost our company and family so massively, without support or understanding - yes they worked on the bonds after the fact, but they still haven’t come through and we secured bonds from an outside company at 3x the price on Tuesday. I’m so disappointed at the outright intimidation and lack of empathy displayed. The removal of $23k from our accounts on Good Friday was such a massive blow and I was indeed very upset that our insurance company had not come through for us. I did not make personal jabs at our agent, but I emphatically asked for a resolution or for the money to cover the loss bc of her mistake from the business. I was confused as to how this could have happened, why it happened and how we could trust them to support our needs in the future. On April 8th an email from agent “here are the forms we discussed” - We filled them out and sent them in, April 8th agent replied - “received”, April 11th we emailed “any update?” - no response - we should have followed up to be sure they were doing their job and we regret that we didn’t . We just wish it wasn’t up to us to make sure services are being rendered that are so essential to our financial well-being. Mistakes were made on both ends but the facts are the facts and the lack of immense concern or even an apology for what happened is reason enough to leave the review"

"never use this company! we were warned but we had not had too much reason to worry as of yet. They miss emails, and in our case told us an important action was completed that was not actually completed, and in our case it led to a surprise draft of $23K from our accounts from the comptroller. it has been an absolute nightmare to resolve and has severely impacted our businesses and our family. We are so disappointed and had they been able to support us, help us in any way to reverse the issue, or to make this right in a timely manner, we would not be leaving this 1 star review. Alas, there is nothing they can or are willing to do and we are at the mercy of the comptroller, which is an even bigger nightmare than the insurance company."

"Alana Harrison was extremely helpful in getting me and my husband very competitive Auto, Renters and Personal Articles Policies through State Farm. We recently moved from the Los Angeles, California area to Buda, Texas, and I had been with my previous insurer, WaWaNesa for over 20 years. However, WaWaNesa does not insure in Texas, so I had to find a brand new insurer. I am extremely pleased to say that State Farm was equally competitive with my previous insurer, and I did shop around with numerous other carriers when we landed here in Texas. "They run a tight-ship at this office. Someone always answers my calls or at least gets back to me before the end of the day; and they immediately pull-up my file based on my phone number before I have to repeat my bio-data. No matter how many times I ask, Parker and Andrew are always willing to lay-out my options without any pressure. The efforts of Parker and others in the office make you feel like you are being taken care of. This is not so common these days."

"I have a family member who recently had their car wrecked by a distracted driver, who was also insured through State Farm, and this agency did not care to help at all in explaining her coverage or anything that pertains to these types of claims. No guidance whatsoever.. They were more worried about adding insurance to another vehicle that was in their garage, claiming that “this was not their department”. I’ve also personally spoken to one of the representatives here, and she was very pushy on selling me life insurance.. To the point where she was trying to guilt trip me for not obtaining insurance through her, even though I have a separate policy. Would not recommend.. We will be switching said family member over to Geico once this is dealt with."
"Genesis, If your family member got hit by someone else, then typically, they have to go through the insurance of that driver. If the claim is through a different company, then my staff will not be able to speak to that other company regarding your claim. My team works extremely hard for our clients and this community every day. My team follows up with our clients 3-5 times through each claim until claim is completed. My team is available to help and assist with any claim's questions at any time. Everyone in my office is trained to assist with claims. Regarding the life insurance: Magnolia in my office tried to help protect you and your family back in February of this year. Looks like you opted not to take advantage of the 15+ years of life insurance experience she was trying to share with you. Most people purchase more than 1 life policy in their life because each person's needs change over time. She is required to do a life needs analysis with every new client to make sure that each family is protected for the correct amount. Magnolia has helped many families in the time she has been with my office through many tragedies. I am blessed to have Magnolia on my team and my clients are blessed to have her help them. "
