"I want to start by saying I absolutely love the small town feel I get from Hank Gerdes State Farm here in good ole Buda, USA! I have been a customer with them for several years. I walked in to their office one day on a whim and they immediately saved me hundreds of dollars and since then they have addressed all of my insurance needs with very reasonable rates. All of the staff in their office are wonderful and attentive either in person or by phone. Maybe I am an old soul but there is something to be said about being able to walk into an office and do business in person. But just today I had a zoom meeting with Maggie about my home owners insurance and she ended up also saving us several hundreds of dollars on auto insurance. I have had nothing but a great experience with Hank Gerdes State Farm and hope to continue to do business with them in the future."

Apples to apples comparison I could see no reason to change. I did call Hank to see about making some cost saving changes and he provided me with some better options to consider.
